 The Online Security Travel System (OSTS) is a web based program that allows travelers to reserve secure transportation services in Mexico. To reserve these services, Associates access - www.pinkerton-osts.com - and enter a common username and passcode. The traveler completes a Request Form (reservation must be made at least 48 hours prior to time of travel). Once the Request Form is completed, a confirmation number, along with instructions, are sent to the traveler.
If modifications to reserved services are required, traveler is to contact Pinkerton at
1-877-744-6444. Pinkerton will automatically update the information and send a new confirmation and instructions to the traveler.
When services are completed, billing will be made to the address designated by the traveler.
PINKERTON EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM (PERT)
 The Pinkerton Emergency Response Team is intended to provide emergency response services to Associates working in Mexico. Examples of service requests may include, but not limited to, criminal activity, auto accidents, or breakdowns. Pinkerton has partnered with Securitas Security Services to respond to emergencies within the major cities and surrounding areas in Mexico (PERT - Toll Free numbers - Mexico: 01800-000-2007/ Local (Mexico City) - 01-55-5261-7872).
Bilingual operators are available 24 hours a day to receive emergency calls and coordinate responses.
